Qaeera Kiyah Anderson. Assistant Center Manager.
“To achieve all that is possible, you must attempt the impossible. To be as much as you can be, you must dream of being more.” Qaeera Kiyah is a self-proclaimed catalyst of change. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA she was exposed first-hand to the realities of poverty and affluence. Witnessing the extreme possibilities of one’s life was the only ammunition needed to inspire her.
She had a deep love for education and graduated from high school with a full ride scholarship to Howard University, the top Historically Black College in the country. It was there that she developed a true passion for service and excellence. Joining Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Chapter was the perfect outlet to give back to the community, providing others with better opportunities and youth with guidance.
Her heavy involvement with women and children eventually deepened her interest in Obstetrics. She began to volunteer in the women’s health department at Howard University Hospital and eventually began working with the Director of Strategy Deployment and Business Transformation. Introduced to the business behind Healthcare, Qaeera decided to take her degree in Health Care Management a step further. She is now pursuing her Masters in Management & Leadership at Montreat Christian College. Through health care and politics, she aspires to one day influence humanity and transform under-served communities. When she can, Qaeera loves to run, draw, read, write, and spend time with family.
